Buying and selling her first home is what sparked ShaRhonda McCauley’s interest in being a Realtor. She enrolled in Portland Community College’s Real Estate program shortly after closing on her own first home purchase. Being new to the Real Estate industry, she joined John L. Scott Real Estate as they have over 90 years in the business.
She hopes to make lifelong relationships with families and individuals through each transition of their property ownership journey. Homeownership is important to ShaRhonda because she sees it as the simplest and most common way to start building wealth. She would like to serve and support you through that process. She is very knowledgeable about first time home buyer programs and has personal experiences benefiting from them.
As a Portland native and resident she has insightful information and perspective of the city. She is enthusiastic about sharing its culture with new residents as well as reflecting and engaging in traditions with long-time residents. ShaRhonda spent many years in customer service and sales prior to becoming a Realtor, as well as pursued a music career. Music and the arts are another passion of hers and the thriving local music scene is another reason why she loves Portland.
